The truth is I'm not sure which person of my field I admire.
However, I think a good example to follow Professor Jenniffer Ávalos. Maybe
many do not know her, but I assure you that you will know her and also admire
her as I do.
In 2005, she entered the career of chemistry and pharmacy in
the faculty of chemical and pharmaceutical sciences at the University of Chile.
In 2011 she entered the PhD program in Pharmacology at the same faculty. In
2015 she won the "for Women in science" award for her outstanding
research studies and contributions to the world of science.
Currently she is dedicated to teaching and mainly to studies
with cancer cells. Nowadays, she is taking a post doctorate at the Catholic
University. I chose her because it is a model to follow. I like the way in
which she teaches, in fact, because of her, I was interested in dedicating
myself to teaching. The day you meet her, you will remember me. I do not know someone
who does not like Professor Jenniffer Avalos.
